I showed up 20 minutes early to my appointment and was greeted when I arrived. The two team members at the front desk were very friendly and professional. Dr. Lam Votran is also very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and was sure to ask if I had any questions a couple of times which ensured me that he wanted to be sure he had covered all of my concerns. The exam was quick and I had new contacts and a new prescription really fast.
